Issues In Property Law

The Issues In Property Law Blog is a platform for the discussion of property law issues. The blog is run by academics based in the Faculty of Law in the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK LAW).

 

We aim to:

• Blog about property law (especially but not exclusively in Hong Kong); 

• Organise discussion and debate of property law issues; and so

• Build a property law community of inquiry.
